What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no strict MOQ for most products. However, for TMT bars we recommend minimum 1 MT for best pricing. For pipes and sheets, even single pieces are available.
Do you provide GST invoice?
Yes, we are a registered GST dealer. Proper tax invoices with HSN codes are provided for all transactions. GSTIN: 07ABCDE1234F1Z5.
What are your payment terms?
We accept cash, NEFT/RTGS, UPI, and cheque. For regular buyers, we offer 7–30 day credit terms based on relationship and order volume.
Do you deliver outside Delhi?
Yes! We deliver pan-India. Delhi NCR deliveries are same/next day. For other states, we arrange transport via truck or rail as per requirement.
Do you provide mill test certificates?
Yes, mill test certificates (MTC) are provided with every order for all branded products. ISI/BIS marked products come with their respective certification.
Can you cut steel to custom sizes?
Yes! We offer shearing, cutting, and bending services. Sheets can be cut to size, pipes can be cut to length. Charges apply for cutting services.
